Ndunderi is a type of pasta that comes from the Campania region of Italy, particularly associated with the town of Minori on the Amalfi Coast. Ndunderi are similar to gnocchi but are made primarily with ricotta cheese, flour, and eggs. This results in a lighter, more delicate dumpling compared to the often potato-based gnocchi found elsewhere.
Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of Prosecco to welcome you to our masterclass and set the stage for an unforgettable day of fun, learning and indulgence.
Then Executive Chef Malcolm Williams will guide you through a hands-on experience where you will learn how to create this heavenly lemon and ricotta gnocchi with a delicious pork and fennel ragu that is both delicious and will also impress guests when you prepare at home (we’ll give you special recipe cards to take with you).
Once you have completed your masterpiece, you can enjoy your creation accompanied by a fresh rocket and parmesan salad followed by a signature chocolate cannolo and your choice of barista-made “Ranges” coffee to finish.
This class is perfect for pairs, with a maximum of three guests per cooking station for a personal and relaxed experience.
